The site www.euro-security-protect.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is accessible via the Internet network, to any user of this network, hereinafter referred to as the “Client”.
This site is the exclusive property of Pierre-Francois Tertrais whose name, SIRET number and contact details are mentioned above.

The online store www.euro-security-protect.com offers for sale products related to decoration, lighting and their associated accessories.
Customers are natural persons wishing to acquire the Products for use strictly personal, and in particular excluding any resale to third parties. Any order for Products offered on the Site is subject to express and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.


Article 1. Purpose

These general conditions are intended to define the terms and conditions of the online sale of Products through the Site as well as the obligations of each party.
These apply to the exclusion of any other document. In the event of a contradiction between the terms of the general conditions of sale and the terms of any other document (in particular quotes, invoices, letters of any kind, summary of orders, etc.), the terms of the general conditions of sale will prevail. Certain Products mentioned on the Site may be subject to special conditions to which the customer must refer and which form an integral part of these general conditions of sale.


Article 2. Conditions of access to the service

In order to place an order on the Site, the Customer must have a microcomputer and telecommunications means allowing him to connect to the Internet. Article 3. Products and prices

The price in force is that appearing on the Site on the date of the order placed by the Customer. Prices may be modified at any time. No time is guaranteed for the supply and shipment of the Products indicated on the Site. In the event of a delay, the Customer will be informed directly on the Site or by an email sent to the Customer's email address. The prices displayed for the Products are indicated in euros.
The photos presented on the site are not contractual.
The prices are displayed excluding VAT (excluding taxes) and do not include the French VAT in force (Not subject to the VAT regime (art. 293 B of the CGI)).
The prices indicated do not include processing and shipping costs which will be invoiced in addition and specified to the Customer in the order summary before validation of the order. All prices are given subject to obvious typographical errors. Promotional offers are only valid within the double limit of the validity period of the offer concerned and available stocks.

Each shipment from abroad outside the European Union is necessarily subject to import taxes and possibly VAT. When sending by post, the customer is considered an importer and is obliged to pay the cumulative sums of taxes.
The customer undertakes, under his sole responsibility, to respect the local taxation rules which apply to him. are applicable and to inquire in advance with the customs administration of his country regarding the amount of taxes and the nature of the goods he wishes to import.
We provide customs documents for all packages to abroad. These documents summarize the total value of the contents of your order and the nature of the goods.


Article 4. Registration and validation of the order

By checking the box "I acknowledge having read the general conditions of sale and I declare to accept them without reservation", the Customer confirms his order and, therefore, accepts without reservation the entirety of these general conditions of sale. This confirmation as well as all recorded data will constitute proof of the transaction. Any order may be canceled in the event of (I) an order for a large number of items or an amount greater than 200 euros, (II) an existing dispute with the Customer, (III) total or partial non-payment of a previous order by the Customer, (IV) refusal of payment authorization from banking organizations, (V) refusal to accept payment from our fraud detection system, (VI) non-payment within the seven days following the order (VII) for partial payment or (VIII) in the event of an error in calculating prices and weights. Article 5. Client Authentication and Security

When the conditions necessary for registration are met, the Customer can access his “Account” using the connection credentials he has chosen. This information is strictly personal and confidential and must not be communicated or shared with third parties. Under no circumstances can Euro security Protect be responsible for the loss of its connection credentials by the Customer. The Customer will be solely responsible for the use of his connection identifiers by third parties or for actions or statements made through his "Account", whether fraudulent or not. It guarantees Euro security Protect against any request in this regard. Furthermore, Euro security Protect does not have the means to ensure the identity of people accessing its online services, and cannot therefore be held responsible for the theft of a Customer's identity. If the Customer has reason to believe that a person is using his or her login credentials or account, he or she must immediately inform Euro security Protect via the “contact us” section or by post sent to the address at the beginning of this document. general conditions of sale.


Article 6. Payment

6-1. Payment by bank card via Paypal
Euro security Protect accepts payments by VISA, CARTE BLEUE and MASTERCARD bank cards via the PayPal online service. The data relating to the Customer's bank card is encrypted using the SSL protocol then transmitted to PayPal which decrypts it and manages the transaction. Euro security Protect does not have access to the Customer's banking data.
Payment via Paypal is accepted as long as the names of the Customer and the Paypal account holder are the same and as long as the Paypal account is a verified account.

6-2. Payment by bank check
Only checks from a French bank, in the Customer's name, are accepted. Payment by check is made in euros payable to Déco Led Eclairage. We ask the Customer to kindly send the check, accompanied by the order form (printed or copied on plain paper) to Euro security Protect - Order Service - at the address appearing at the top of this document. A photocopy of the Customer's identity card is necessary as the delivery address is different from the billing address.
This payment method results in a delay of 8 working days upon receipt, before sending the package. This is due to banking services for check verification.

6-3. Cash payment by cash money order
Euro security Protect only accepts cash money orders in euros issued by La Poste. The cash mandate is a simple and reliable means of remote payment. The Customer must present himself, with an identity document, to a La Poste office and fill out the form, specifying "Euro security Protect" as the beneficiary. Against a cash remittance corresponding to the total amount of the order and payment of the fees set by La Poste, the counter agent will give the Customer parts 1 and 3 of the form. The first part, accompanied by the order form (printed or copied on plain paper), must be sent by post to Euro security Protect - Order Service - at the address appearing at the top of this document.

6-4. Default or late payment
The Customer has 14 days from the order to send payment to Euro security Protect. At the end of this period, the order may be canceled, without this cancellation being considered as non-performance of the contract on its part. In addition, any late payment (unfunded account, repudiation of payment by bank card) will automatically result, and without prior formality, in the billing of late payment interest equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate in force in France, without prejudice to all other rights and in particular that of terminating this contract at the sole fault of the Customer. The various costs that may result from unpaid or partial payment are the responsibility of the Customer.

6-5. Invoice
The order form that the Customer establishes online does not constitute an invoice. The Customer will receive his invoice upon delivery, in his package. Furthermore, Euro security Protect keeps a digital copy of each invoice accessible to the Customer by connecting to their “Account”.


Article 7. Reservation of ownership clause

Under the terms of law 80-335 of 05/12/1980, Euro security Protect reserves ownership of the Products delivered to the Customer until payment of the entire amount of the order. However, for the entire duration of the retention of title, the risks relating to the Products delivered, in particular, deterioration, loss or theft and any damage whatsoever will be entirely borne by the Customer upon delivery.


Article 8. Product availability and shipping times

8-1. Availability
Product availability is indicated on the Site for each Product in the form of options:
- The "in stock" option means that the Product is available and ready to be shipped.
- The "n days" option means that the Product will be shipped with an average additional time of n days compared to a Product called "in stock".
- The "on order" option means that the Product will be ordered specially for the Customer according to his wishes (size, colors, etc.) and an additional period is then given for information purposes.
- The "unavailable" option means that the Product is temporarily not not available for sale due to supplier shortage.
- The "out of stock" option means that the Product is no longer available for sale.

8-2. Shipping and delivery times
Euro security Protect undertakes to deliver to you within 30 days maximum from the day following the day on which you sent us your order (or receipt of your check or money order, if applicable). applicable). Any other delivery time is given for information purposes only.
However, the shipping time usually observed is 24 hours (working days) for an "in stock" product ordered before 12:30 p.m. on a working day, at from the validation of the payment, either:
- By bank card via PayPal: immediate (except payment refused by the bank terminal),
- By bank check: after cashing the check for new customers or receipt of the check for regular customers,
- By postal money order: upon receipt of the money order.

Article 9. Delivery

Delivery of the Products is made in the name of the Customer by colissimo delivered against signature.< br /> Deliveries are made in Europe, Guadeloupe, Martinique and Reunion Island.
Orders will reach the Customer in a solid package and without any external mark identifying its contents, only the sender “Euro security Protect” will be mentioned.

9-1. Place of delivery
The Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, on behalf of the Customer, during the ordering procedure on the Site.

9-2. Absence on the day of delivery
Depending on the case, the carrier may leave a notice in the Customer's mailbox, inviting the latter to contact the Post Office or the depot closest to their home or to contact him to make a delivery appointment.

9-3. Delayed delivery
It is possible that a package does not arrive within the times guaranteed by La Poste. In this case, the Customer must contact their distributing post office as a priority and provide them with the parcel number indicated in their "Account".
In the event of a delivery delay known to Euro security Protect, the Customer will be informed. by email. He then has a period of two working days upon receipt of the information email to request a full refund of his order including shipping costs or, in the case of an order for several Products, the refund of the Product including the deadline delivery is higher than expected. In this case, the Customer must make the request via the “contact us” section. The Customer will then receive confirmation of the registration of this cancellation by email. The refund will be made no later than thirty days from the date indicated on the order cancellation confirmation.

9-4. Loss of parcel
In the event of loss of parcel, Euro security Protect is required to respect the deadlines imposed by La Poste or by the carriers concerning the declaration of loss and reimbursement of the shipment. In fact, the Client is also bound by these deadlines. Consequently, the Customer has a maximum period of 10 working days from receipt of the email confirming the shipment of their package to declare it lost to Euro security Protect. Beyond this period no complaints will be taken into account. If the Customer has declared his package lost within the time limit explained above, Euro security Protect will be responsible for opening a complaint file. In this context, it is possible that the carrier may ask Euro security Protect for the documents necessary to compile this file, which the Customer now undertakes to provide. Final responses to surveys are given by carriers within one to three weeks. The response can be of two types: either the package is found and it is then returned to the customer following the normal procedure, or the package is declared lost by the carrier and Euro security Protect informs the Customer and reimburses the amount invoiced. or makes a second shipment at the Customer's choice.

9-5. Receipt of the package - Damaged or defective product
Any Product delivered must be subject to inspection and possible reservations on the carrier's slip in the event of partial or total deterioration. Failing this, the Product is deemed delivered in good condition and cannot be subject to any subsequent dispute. In addition, any damaged or defective Product must be reported to Euro security Protect on the same day of receipt or at the latest on the first working day following receipt. To do this, the Customer must contact Euro security Protect via the “contact us” section. The Customer will then receive confirmation of the recording of this notification by email, a return slip and a returns number. The Customer may then return, at his own expense, the damaged or defective Product, in its original packaging, with the original labels and the duly completed return slip, to Euro security Protect - returns number, to the address appearing in head hereof. Any package that does not have a valid return number on its postal label will be refused. Our customer service will then carry out a check. If the Product has a manufacturing defect, it will be exchanged as soon as possible or refunded in the event of stock shortage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

9-6. Delivery error
The Customer must make, via the "Contact Us" service, any claim of non-conformity of the Products in nature, quality or quantity compared to the indications appearing on the invoice on the same day of receipt or no later than the first working day following receipt. Any complaint of non-compliance not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the time limits cannot be taken into account and will release Euro security Protect from any liability towards the Client. If a return is accepted, the Customer will receive a return slip and a returns number. 9-7. Treatment of packages: NPAI/Unclaimed/Refused
If your package is returned by our service provider for one of the following reasons:
- NPAI (Does not live at the Address Indicated ),
- Parcel unclaimed during its period of proceedings,
- Parcel refused by the recipient upon delivery,
after receipt and acceptance of the return, we will issue a refund within a 30 day deadline.


Article 10. Right of withdrawal

10-1. Reminder of the applicable legal provisions

10-3. Terms of exercise
The Customer is requested to indicate on the outside of the package the invoice number corresponding to the returned product and to send it within 14 days following receipt of the package to Euro security Protect - number of invoice -, to the address appearing at the top of this document. To the extent possible and at the discretion of the Customer, we ask the Customer to send us the product in its original packaging. Any package that does not have an invoice number on its postal label will be refused. Subject to compliance with all the conditions indicated above, a refund of the value of the Products in accordance with the purchase invoice will be made within 30 days following receipt of the Product. In all cases, Euro security Protect reserves the right to charge the price of consumed, damaged or missing Products.

10-4. Withdrawal form
The withdrawal request can be made simply by email using our form contact details specifying the customer's name and order number.
In accordance with Decree No. 2014-1061 of September 17, 2014, the customer also has the possibility of returning a paper form for any withdrawal request. This form can be downloaded here. It must be duly completed and signed before sending by post.

Article 11. Exchange

Within 10 days of receipt of the package, the Customer may exchange the Product for the same Product with different characteristics (size, color, etc.), subject to availability indicated on the Site.
